Some good advice there, but it is sometimes easier to concentrate on improving your performance rather than losing weight when it comes to exercise. Performance improvements can come more quickly than weight loss if you train correctly. Improvements in endurance, speed, strength and muscular endurance are easily measured and constant improvements keep you motivated to keep on going. Higher intensity workouts will improve your fitness so much quicker and along with that comes fat loss and better health. I teach my clients how to improve their performance and without fail, they all start to look better and lose weight and can keep it off.
