<p>Everyone knows that aerobics can be the most important thing in your life when it comes to fitness and weight loss. Working out is something that a lot of people do, and for good reason. Doing aerobics or other types of workouts is a great way to make sure you are as healthy as you can be. However, aerobics not only helps you to be healthy, but it gives you a chance to be more upbeat, and in better moods as well. Aerobics are all around good activities for you, whether you&rsquo;re seeking weight loss or not. </p>
<p>Sometimes, though, no matter how good an activity might be for our whole body, we want to focus on something smaller, like part of our body that we don&rsquo;t  like. It is always good to work out in a way that targets your whole body, but sometimes you might want to work on something that is really bothering you, or a point where you know you are very weak. This is where targeted aerobics comes in. </p>
<p>Our upper bodies are things that we know we want to work on. Our arm muscles and the other areas located above our waists are often the things that we don&rsquo;t like about ourselves, and this are often what we want to change. We all need strong arms and a strong upper body, because we have to do a lot of motion during the day. That is why strengthening your upper body is so important. <p>When you are trying to target your upper body, repetitions are going to be key. You want to move your body in a way that makes your muscles work. As you are running or walking, you want to have repetitions in your movements with your arms and your shoulders. These should be moved and lifted over your head, and then put back down again, but you have to be sure that you are constantly repeating this movement. This is a good place to have your jumping jacks, because each time you move your arms up and down you are going to be working those muscles. </p>
<p>When attaching weights, make sure the fit is snug, non-abrasive (won&#8217;t rub your skin raw) and comfortable as you move through your routines. Don&#8217;t let them flop or slap as you exercise. Also, when you start using weights, EASE into the routines so you don&#8217;t strain otherwise healthy muscles. Remember to be balanced, right and left, so you don&#8217;t fall during your routines.</p>
<p>Another great thing to remember is that each time you move your muscles you are making them stronger. A simple weight loss tip is if you want to get rid of fat on your arms, you have to move the part of your arm that you aren&rsquo;t happy with. Attaching small weights to your wrists is a great way to strengthen your arms during aerobic exercise. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>If you want to get rid of fatyou&#8217;ll have to want it and I mean really want it, it just wont do to go into this  thing with a half pie attitude of &#8216;we will see&#8217;.  This will get you absolutely no where and lets face it  &#8216;we will see&#8217; means I do not really believe that I can do this,  I do not have what it takes, so why really bother.   </p>
<p>The above is like the teachings of &#8216;the secret&#8217; and &#8216;Dale Carnegie&#8217;, we get exactly what we expect. If we expect to get rid of our excess fat that is exactly will happen.</p>
<p>The three main areas to focus on  on in getting rid of that fat forever. (With everything in life, success is usually down to three things)</p>
<p>Preparation<br />Planning &#038;<br />Execution </p>
<p>Preparation<br />Treat it like a battle and prepare mentally for one, you will need to become stubborn  and resolute  in not letting anything get in your way of your pursuit in getting rid of that fat forever.  This time to being absolutely 100% committed to changing your lifestyle because that iswhat is needed, to get this thing done and this time no yo-yo&#8217;s this time it will be different, this time it is going to be long lasting. Prepare a list of the obstacles you faced last time, here is my list.</p>
<p>Saboteur&#8217;s<br />Family<br />Restaurants<br />Work<br />Holiday Season<br />laziness</p>
<p>What I did to combat this, is I wrote my list as above and thought of all the ways that the things on my list had got in the way in the past and at first I was livid, boy was I angry.   Then I thought of ways to  defeat everything that they could possibly throw  at me. Each answer of dealing with a situation became my armor.  Guess what happened, my preparation paid off and I achieved my goals. Friends (saboteur&#8217;s) even told me they admired how strong I had become and they even sort my advice without any prompting on my part, which was really fantastic</p>
<p>Planning<br />Listen up and Listen well you will quadruple your results if you write down your plan and implement it without deviating.</p>
<p>Write out the following sub headings and then write your plan under each sub heading, in a note book</p>
<p>goals<br />weight<br />measurements<br />exercise regime / schedule</p>
<p> Use another note book for a food diary, here you will write down everything that you eat and drink throughout the day.  It is important to do it after each meal, not at the end of the day.  You have another job at the end of the day and that is to go through your food diary with a calorie counter ( a small book with the calorie count of each food item listed) which is available from most good book stores.  Add up the total and check that you are on target. Look at the foods you have eaten and astrix anything that fell into the naughty category. Please do not feel too bad as it happens to the best of us, use it as a tool to keeping on track in getting rid of that fat forever.</p>
<p>Execution<br />Results are strictly equal to the effort you put in here, if you do not put in the effort the only person that you are fooling is yourself, what price can you put on happiness, it is the one true commodity that is priceless, you know I am right!<br />Stick to your plan, there really is no excuse for missing out a workout, I find that when I feel too tired to carryout my exercise program and drag myself out of bed I usually end up having the best workout and feel full of energy after wards.</p>
<p>If you have scheduled a gym session at 1 pm, go and do it at that scheduled time, have your gear prepared the night before, I forgot my running shoes, please! (refer to para one).</p>
<p>Once again, write down all your completed exercise sessions, this information will become invaluable for further planning and assessing your progress.</p>
<p>So if you want to get rid of Fat, get serious, get real and take the time to prepare, plan and execute.  The results will be, you feeling and looking the part of a winner and you are.</p>

<p>Immediately After the Surgery</p>
<p>1. For about a week following the surgery you will be on a liquid diet of clear juice, gelatin and broth.</p>
<p>Two. For the following five to six weeks your diet will consist of pureed foods and protein shakes only. In doing this you are giving you system time to adjust to the change and this reduces the risk of band slippage.  If that happens you will need another surgery.</p>
<p>3. For example use a daily exercise program such as an exercise bike or water therapy.</p>
<p>Six Weeks after Surgery</p>
<p>    1. After beginning to cook it, start adding your choice of ground meat (could be turkey, chicken, or veal). Hamburgers, pork chops and steak should be avoided because they are difficult to digest.</p>
<p>    Two. You should eat mostly salads and other vegetables, after shedding them with a food processor. Do not eat the vegetable that have seeds.</p>
<p>    3. Stay away from bread and potatoes.</p>
<p>    Four- You need to keep up the protein during this time, so make sure you get fifty to sixty grams per day.</p>
<p>    5. Eat unhurriedly and use little gnaws. The capacity of your stomach is only around 4 to 6 ounces per meal, this must be remembered.</p>
<p>    Six. Continue your exercise plan and increase the amount of time you exercise.</p>
<p>A quarter of the year post-surgery as well as into the future. Start thinking about what you eat in a different manner. Remember that you should not live to eat but rather eat to live.</p>
<p>    Two. Set aside 30 to 45 minutes for each meal. Consume food three times daily. Relish every piece attending to the composition, texture, aroma, and palatability.</p>
<p>    3. Chew well counting the number of chews in each bite.</p>
<p>    Four- Stop eating when you feel full or feel pressure in your abdomen.</p>
<p>    5. Eat solid foods only during your three daily meals.</p>
<p>    Six. Throughout every day you should slowly drink 4 to six glasses of fluids.</p>
<p>    7. It is necessary to cut out carbonated liquids, alcohol, beer, soda, and milkshakes because of their high caloric content.<br />    8. Ecercise frequently. A minimum of four sessions weekly, for at least three quarters of an hour each.</p>
<p>Lifetime Daily Eating Routine</p>
<p>    1. You must be sure to include all of the basic food groups in those meals.</p>
<p>    Two. Maintain healthy protein levels and regenerate body cells by eating foods in the milk group: Skim milk, yogurt, cheese and custard.</p>
<p>    3. To ward off the risk of infection, be sure that your diet contains enough iron and protein such as is found in fish, chicken and lean meat.</p>
<p>    Four- Add vitamins and minerals to regulate body functions by continuing to eat fruits and vegetables as well as fruit and vegetable juices.</p>
<p>    5. Add carbohydrates, vitamin B and other minerals that are found in grains such as rice, corn cereal, rice noodles and macaroni to your diet.</p>
<p>    Six. Keep exercising. It&#8217;s similar to eating,you must do it.</p>
<p>A balanced diet including all of these food groups along with the proper exercise program will help maintain your weight. You will also benefit from a reduction in the stress and anxiety you face each day. The key to managing your weight after Lap Band Surgery is to understand what your body can handle and eating appropriately. You can do it, if you believe you can.</p>
